 Tea
gift baskets make excellent gifts for more than just
those who celebrate “tea time” every day. Practically
everyone enjoys a good cup of tea every now and again. Therefore,
you can be sure that tea gift baskets make excellent gifts.
Here are some fun ideas for tea gift baskets:
Tea chest. Buy a tea chest at fill it with a tea-lover's
booty. A tea chest gift is a great alternative to a regular tea
gift basket, because a tea chest can be used again and again to
store teas. A tea chest or a tea caddy will have excellent dividers,
so you can fill it with a wide variety of teas.
Tea Time Basket. Why have a tea gift basket that includes only tea?
Why not give the whole spiel? You can give a beautiful tea gift
basket that includes both tea and a tea set. A teapot and teacups
with saucers makes an excellent gift!
Tea for Two (Or Two a Tea!). Create a tea gift basket that is perfect
for old friends to share and talk over. Include in it two teacups,
a variety of teas, biscuits, honey sticks, and sugar cubes. Also
include a great teatime book on friendship, like “The Twelve
Teas of Friendship: When Friends Are Together, It's Always
a Celebration” by Emilie Barnes et al. You could also include
a great teatime calendar like the “Tea & Friendship”

Tea & T-shirt. You can create a fun and creative tea gift basket
by including a variety of “Ts,” so to speak. Include
a fun variety of herbal teas and green teas as well as a fun T-shirt
or two. It is an especially fun gift if the T-shirt is somehow related
to tea.
Tea and Tees. Why not combine tea and golf? Give “green”
tea along with golf tees and mugs with golf sayings or picture on
them. Have fun and be creative.
Organic Tea Gift Basket. Give a gift that is totally organic and
totally environmentally friendly. Organic teas are great because
they use only ingredients that have never been touched by pesticides.
These ingredients are better for both you and for the environment.
Also, look for teas that use unbleached paper!
Loose Tea. There is no reason to include only tea bags in your tea
gift baskets! Why not include loose tea, as well? If you include
loose tea, be sure to include a fun tea sachet or an infuser, too.
Mr. Tea. Some people view tea as being a more feminine drink, or
at least a more feminine gift. This is absolutely not true. Create
a tea gift basket that is full of teas with robust and strong flavors.
Include hardy mugs rather than dainty teacups!
Teas From Around The World. Give the recipient a gift that will
take him or her around the world! Many different countries have
many different great teas. Give a sampling of these teas that spans
across all of the major continents.
